INGREDIENTS
2 oz AMASS Riverine
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Vanilla Syrup
1¾ oz Yuzu Sparkling Juice
Pink Ginger Tonic
Lemon

Recipe
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Riverine, lemon juice, and vanilla syrup. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Add yuzu sparkling juice and top with pink ginger tonic. Garnish with lemon.

INGREDIENTS
3 oz AMASS Riverine
¾ oz Elderflower Liqueur
¾ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lime Juice
3 Cucumber Slices, plus some for garnish
5 Mint Leaves, plus some for garnish
Club Soda

Recipe
Slice cucumber and gather your mint leaves, then muddle cucumber and mint in your mortar. Transfer cucumber and mint to your shaker, then add lime juice, simple syrup, AMASS Riverine, and ice. Short shake to integrate ingredients, and then strain into your chosen glassware. Top with club soda and garnish with cucumber and mint.

Recipe
Muddle basil with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add Riverine, lime juice, and ice. Shake, strain into cocktail glass, and garnish with cucumber and basil.

This summer, we partnered with Alo Yoga for their annual Alo House event, shaking cocktails poolside while attendees got their flow on. Here’s how to make Flower Pose, one of the cocktails served at the event:

INGREDIENTS
2 oz AMASS Botanic Vodka or Riverine
1 oz Lavender-infused Swoon Simple Syrup*
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Lemon Wheel, to garnish
Lavender, to garnish
Edible Flowers, to garnish

Recipe
Shake Botanic Vodka or Riverine, simple syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel, lavender, and edible flowers.

*Lavender-infused Swoon Simple Syrup: Bring 1 cup Swoon simple syrup to a simmer and add 3-4 tablespoons of lavender flowers. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool and steep for one hour. Strain out the lavender flowers, pour into a sealed container, and refrigerate until ready to use.
