Ingredients
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
½ oz AMASS Dry Gin, or Riverine for a low-abv version
2-3 oz Sparkling Wine
Orange Peel, for garnish
Recipe
In a mixing glass, add sweet vermouth, Campari, and AMASS Dry Gin or Riverine and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange peel.
