One of our favorite summer sips, My Hibs Don’t Lie is a gin cocktail that gets by with a little help from a hibiscus honey syrup. Here, the cocktail gets the seltzer treatment, swapping that syrup with a splash of Surfer Rosso for the tart, refreshing taste you crave.

Ingredients
1 oz AMASS Dry Gin
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lemon juice
Surfer Rosso
Recipe
Shake Dry Gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice and strain into a wine glass on the rocks. Top with 2-3 oz of Surfer Rosso.
