Here are 3 delicious ways to enjoy our limited edition, barrel-aged gin. And if you can't be bothered to mix a drink, you can always sip it neat.

Botanical Shrub

INGREDIENTS
1 oz AMASS Mushroom Reserve 030
½ oz Grand Marnier
½ oz Citrus Syrup
A few dashes Orange Bitters
Dried Citrus and Dried flowers, for garnish

Recipe
Add all liquid ingredients to tin with ice. Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish and serve.

Earthy Sour

INGREDIENTS
1 oz AMASS Mushroom Reserve 030
½ oz Maple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
A few dashes Angostura Bitters
Lemon Twist, for garnish

Recipe
Add all liquid ingredients to tin without ice and dry shake. Add ice, and shake again until cold. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish.

Mushroom Cordial

INGREDIENTS
1 oz AMASS Mushroom Reserve 030
½ oz Campari
½ oz Aperol
A few dashes Angostura Bitters
Fresh Mushrooms, for garnish

Recipe
Add all liquid ingredients to cocktail glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish.
