Kiwi Go Again
INGREDIENTS
1½ oz AMASS Dry Gin
¾ oz Elderflower Liqueur
¾ oz Egg White
¾ oz Lemonade
½ Kiwi
Rosemary
Recipe
Muddle kiwi with elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, lemonade, egg white, and ice. Shake and strain into a rosemary-smoked coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary.
