Summer is here, which means we’re spending less time inside playing bartender and more time out drinking with our friends. Enter: a large-format Tom Collins meant for serving a crowd. Here, the lemon and chamomile simple syrup work together to bring out the delicate floral notes in our Botanic Vodka.
Chamomile Collins Batch
Ingredients
2 cups AMASS Botanic Vodka
¾ cup Lemon Juice
¾ oz cup Chamomile Simple Syrup*
Club Soda
Recipe
Mix the Vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher or bottle. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Pour over the rocks and top with club soda.
*Chamomile Simple Syrup: Mix one part strong chamomile tea and one part sugar and stir until dissolved.
