¾ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lime Juice
5 Mint Leaves, plus more for garnish
Add ingredients to tin, and muddle with mint. Add ice, shake, and double-strain into a coupe glass using a fine mesh strainer. Serve garnished with a mint leaf.

I’ve tried a few other non-alcoholic botanicals and wasn’t impressed. Tried this on a whim after smelling some other products from AMASS, and I’m sold! Great alternative to alcohol. Tastes a bit like gin, with some juniper and citrus notes. Nice, crisp finish. Give this a try!
