Honey Yuzu Whiskey Highball

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Japanese whiskey
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
  • AMASS Lemon Yuzu Electrolyte Mixer

How To Make It

  1. 1 Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. 2 Add whiskey, lemon juice, and honey syrup directly to the glass, and top with AMASS Lemon Yuzu Electrolyte Mixer.
  3. 3 Gently stir with a bar spoon, and garnish with a lemon wheel.
