How to make an Amass Hibiscus Hot Toddy...

Use AMASS Dry Gin, distilled with 29 botanicals including Grapefruit, Cardamom, and California Bay Leaf for a cocktail with bright, lightly spiced notes.
Ingredients

2 oz AMASS Dry Gin
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Hibiscus Honey Syrup*
Lemon twist or wheel, for garnish

Recipe

Combine ingredients and add 3-4oz hot water. For best results, use ingredients at room temperature, or better yet, warm them up by putting them in a container and then putting that in a warm water bath for a few minutes before adding hot water. Garnish with a lemon twist or lemon wheel.

*For hibiscus honey syrup, make ½ cup strong hibiscus tea. Combine tea with one cup of honey in a pan over low heat. Stir until honey dissolves. The resulting mixture should be a deep purple-red color (and taste delicious!).
