Martini without the alcohol
I enjoy each evening while preparing dinner or b4 dinner cocktail. I mix with a bit of olive juice & olives for à martini. Bright, flavorable taste of the varied herbal ingredients.
Riverine is a non-alcoholic spirit fit for sipping simply on the rocks with a splash of tonic or in a variety of cocktails. Distilled with a blend of botanicals that encapsulate the lush landscape of the Pacific Northwest’s temperate rainforest, it takes its cues from culinary practice for a distinct finish.
Coniferous notes from Juniper are brightened by Sumac, Sorrel, Lemon Peel, and Apple, while Thyme, Mint, and Parsley lend a rich herbal earthiness. Each botanical is individually distilled in a proprietary hydrosteam distillation process to extract essential oils for a crisp and evergreen flavor profile reminiscent of the towering firs and coastal mountains of British Columbia.
Riverine offers a verdant flavor profile fit for an array of non-alcoholic cocktails or sipped simply on the rocks with a splash of tonic.
At first sip, towering trees sway in the canopy while leafy herbs like sorrel, mint, and thyme grow deep in the damp earth. Mist envelopes the mossy peaks as marbled murrelets swoop in between thickets and streams under soft lemon light, nesting in the treetops when the sun sets west.
On the bed of the forest floor, pines and needles doze off, dotted with raindrops. Feel your taste buds tingle as the crisp cool of terpenes grows sharp in the haze.
Bright sumac fades to cool mint.
Citrus, sorrel, and coriander lend a vibrant piquancy to start, layered with moss and earth.
Deep forest notes from juniper and parsley linger on the rear palate, as rosemary imparts a long herbal finish.
While Riverine contains traditional gin botanicals like juniper, coriander, and orris Root, it is not a gin proxy. Rather, it is a nuanced, sophisticated spirit in its own right.
Riverine is made with the following 14 botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root, Angelica Root, Lemon Peel, Cardamom, Sorrel, Cucumbers, Apple, Mint, Parsley, Sumac, Rosemary, and Thyme.
To create a fully non-alcoholic spirit, we individually distilled each of our botanicals in a proprietary hydrosteam distillation process. In this key step, water vapor, instead of alcohol, is used to extract essential oils for a crisp and evergreen flavor profile that captures the freshness of the Pacific Northwest.
Sip Riverine simply on the rocks with a splash of tonic, or use it as the base for your non-alcoholic cocktails.
Our recommended serve is:
- 2 oz Riverine
- A splash of your favorite tonic
- Lemon wheel, for garnish

Juniper (Juniperus communis) is the defining botanical in gin. In fact, the word gin itself is short for the Dutch word jenever, meaning juniper. A member of the Cupressaceae family, juniper berries give the spirit its signature piney, citrusy taste; essentially, they make gin taste like gin.
Mint (Mentha × piperita) is a plant in the Lamiaceae family distributed across Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, and North America. Its distinctly cool and fresh taste makes it a common culinary herb, used in classic cocktails like the mojito or the mint julep.
Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is an annual herb in the Apiaceae family native to regions spanning from Southern Europe and Northern Africa to Southwestern Asia. One of the oldest known spices, coriander was once considered an aphrodisiac and was often added to love potions.
Orris (Rhizoma iridis), a member of the Iridaceae family commonly called 'Queen Elizabeth Root,’ is the root of the flower iris (Iris germanica and Iris pallida) which grows primarily in rocky regions of the Mediterranean.
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) is a perennial herb in the Lamiaceae family that thrives in hot, sunny locations with well-drained soil. It’s earthy, herbaceous smell and taste make it a common culinary herb, used in za'atar and herbes de Provence.

I enjoy each evening while preparing dinner or b4 dinner cocktail. I mix with a bit of olive juice & olives for à martini. Bright, flavorable taste of the varied herbal ingredients.
I’m a straight gin drinker, over a lot of ice with a couple of olives. I stopped adding vermouth years ago because too much ruined the taste and just a drop or two didn’t seem to make any difference for me. The Riverine is closer but still a little watery than the straight gin. However I will continue to use the Riverine on occasion. I also keep the Riverine in the fridge which helps slow down the diluted effect from the ice.
My daughters love it because they are gin and tonic drinkers, whereas I just drink G&T’s in the summer.
I recently have been put on medication where I can no longer drink, and this has been a great alternative! It's so delicious just with seltzer, mint and some lime, or adding a bit of ginger beer with this if you have it around. I highly recommend!
We love this for making a “gin” basil smash. Really great complexity.
My Dear friends online, My name is Amanda Bella And i live in USA, ohio, I have to give this miraculous testimony, which is so unbelievable until now. I had a problem with my Ex husband 2 years ago, which led to our break up. I was not myself again, I felt so empty inside me, my love and financial situation became worse, until a close friend of mine told me about a spell caster who helped her in the same problem too. His name is Doctor Jude. I emailed the spell caster and I told him my problem and i did what he asked of me, to cut the long story short. Before I knew what was happening, less than two days later my husband gave me a call and told me that he was coming back to me. I was so happy to have him back. The most interesting part of the story is that I am pregnant. Thanks to Doctor jude for saving my marriage and for also saving others' own too. Continue your good work, If you are interested to contact the great spell caster email address: virgolovespell@gmail.com or contact him on whatsapp +2347051052154 or his website; Virgolovespell.weebly.com
Riverine is the perfect way for me to have a zero proof happy hour. Love it! I have tried a number of different herbal infusions and this is my favorite so far.
Fantastic taste and more. I gave up alcohol and this makes the best GT.
I used it in a London Mule recipe (essentially a Moscow mule swapping out the vodka for gin, plus muddled mint, lime juice, and ginger beer.) I previously used Monday nonalcoholic gin for this which is a great product BTW. But the AMASS goes for the win here with the subtle yet present added note botanical note, making the drink more interesting.
LOVE this! I’m a migraine sufferer so alcohol is a precarious thing for me. I never know if I’ll tolerate it or end up with a blistering migraine. Gin and Tonic is my go-to cocktail if I’m having one. I have mixed Riverine with tonic water, grapefruit tonic water and Dry brand botanical soda (vanilla and cucumber). The pairings are awesome and so close to the real thing! So glad I found Riverine.
Riverine tastes awesome. It is very refreshing and goes with everything.
