We love martinis, but sometimes we don’t want the dizzying effect that comes with drinking a potent potation. Enter: the Fullproof, Lowtini, and Mar-tea-no, three martinis at three different proofs, for when you are looking to drink a little, a lot, or not at all.
The Fullproof
A classic cocktail, full of spirit.
Ingredients
3 oz AMASS Botanic Vodka or Dry Gin
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
Lemon Twist or Olives, for garnish
Recipe
Pour Vodka or Gin and vermouth into a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with olives or a lemon twist.
The Lowtini
Swap your Gin or Vodka 1:1 with Riverine.
Ingredients
3 oz Riverine
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
Lemon Twist or Olives, for garnish

Pour Riverine and vermouth into a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with olives or a lemon twist.
The Mar-Tea—No

3 oz Riverine
0.5 oz White Tea
